This fall, Teton Ridge brought the West to the Big Apple as they premiered their Window to the West documentary featuring award-winning horseman Adan Banuelos.
In September 2024, Teton Ridge hosted two exclusive events for the premiere of their Window to the West series opener, Horse Sense, which spotlighted National Cutting Horse Association Hall of Famer Adan Banuelos. During New York Fashion Week, the first screening brought Western and cutting horses to the Meatpacking District of New York City. The second screening’s backdrop was TR9 Ranch, the state-of-the-art, world-class equine training facility outside of Weatherford, Texas. Presented by Brumbaugh’s Furniture and Design, both screening parties kicked off this groundbreaking series, along with associate sponsors Bloomer Trailer, Tito’s Vodka, and Kemo Sabe.
The new short film series Window to the West is a compelling six-part series that captures the spirit of Western culture by delving into the lives and passions of athletes, musicians, craftsmen, artists, and more. The first installment, Horse Sense, paints an intimate portrait of Banuelos’ childhood, inspirations, and values that guide his work and love for the animals and how it all has come together to help him become a cutting horse champion. It follows Banuelos through his back-to-back wins at the American Performance Horseman event.
The following Window to the West installments promise to spotlight individuals who continue to keep the essence of the West alive through their work and dedication while also honoring the animal athletes who play an equally pivotal role in the Western way of life.
