Take a closer look at Terry Bradshaw’s Quarter Horses Ranch in Southern Oklahoma.
Though he’s called this retreat in the Red River Valley home since 2001, football legend Terry Bradshaw decided to put his beloved Quarter Horses Ranch on the market in fall 2019. Listed by Icon Global Group, it overlooks the Red River in Love County, Oklahoma, with miles of waterfront property and a convenient location 70 miles from Dallas and 125 miles from Oklahoma City.
The rustic residence on the property boasts a bevy of magnificent brick stone fireplaces, stunning woodwork throughout, and an oasis-like pool and sprawling outdoor patio space, but make no mistake: This is a working cattle and equestrian operation that Bradshaw, a longtime breeder of quarter horses, built from the ground up. Equestrian amenities include a four-stall stallion barn, a 20-stall show barn, a 50-stall mare barn, a 20-stall new weanling barn, and a breeding facility. That’s in addition to working cattle pens, a six-bay shop, a four-horse walker, and a separate hay barn and show pig barn.
“I don’t have any time to enjoy the ranch anymore,” the Pro Football Hall of Fame quarterback recently told the Dallas Business Journal. “I have way too much going on. It’s a very sentimental thing. It’s hard to sell something you started from scratch, but it’s time to let someone else enjoy it.”
