Keep enjoying your favorite cool summer cocktails well into the fall with these seasonal makeovers.
Texas Ranch Water is a beloved Lone Star State cocktail that originated in the West Texas expanse, where even Christmas temperatures can flirt with the century mark. But that part of Texas also gets the occasional dumps of snow. Does that mean we should push aside such a refreshing concoction? No siree.
Dulce Vida Spirits doesn’t think so either. The Austin, Texas-based tequila producer has adapted the Texas Ranch Water recipe to conform to the eponymous state’s fluctuating winter temps, giving way to the Holiday Texas Ranch Water cocktail and its healthy dose of cranberries. The recipe, courtesy Dulce Vida Spirits, is below, along with other seasonally adapted cocktail recipes.

1½ ounces Dulce Vida Blanco
3 ounces Topo Chico (or club soda)
Half of a lime’s juice
Splash cranberry juice
