It’s an exuberant cut from their new album Ricochet Then & Now…The Hits & More.
They’re back! Members of Ricochet, the award-winning ‘90s hit-makers famed for such Top 10 country singles as “Daddy’s Money,” “What Do I Know” and “Love is Stronger Than Pride,” have returned to the recording studio for their first album in more than a decade — Ricochet Then & Now…The Hits & More.
The 16-track project reflects Ricochet’s past success with new renditions of their classic hits, and introduces 8 new songs that demonstrate that the group has no plans of letting up anytime soon. This week, the group has dropped a music video for one of the album’s most exuberant cuts, “Sweet Tea.”
“There is nothing like releasing new music for the world to hear,” says lead vocalist Heath Wright. “After we recorded our new album, Then & Now, it was important for the guys and I to create videos for each song. It is a wonderful way to connect with our fans, and for them so experience the music live. And even if they can’t make a live show, they can still get the experience. The ‘90s era of country music is more popular now than ever, and I am thankful for that every day! I hope you enjoy!”
So have yourself a swig of “Sweet Tea.”
