The beauty of the West has no limits, and neither did this year's Visions of the West Photo Contest. With no categories or restrictions, this year's submissions surpassed all expectations.
Each year, we challenge our camera-clicking readers to take and submit photos that define the West through our Visions of the West Photo Contest. And what we receive in abundance are stunningly vibrant images that expand everyone's idea of this remarkable place.
This year is no exception. In fact, this year we gave our participants more freedom than ever. With no limits. No categories. No restrictions.
Some say the creative eye opens wider out here.
So take a gander at the winners and runners-up in this year's C&I Visions of the West Photo Contest.
Winning photos were selected by C&I staff and contributors, in a blind-vote from over 500 entries.
