A one-night benefit event offers the chance to see and buy art and help preserve the rich history of the Western lifestyle for future generations.
A group of Western artists are coming together to display their talents in a one-night benefit event on December 5, 2020 at Brumbaugh’s Fine Home Furnishings in Fort Worth, Texas.
And it’s for a great cause. Aimed at educating and involving the community through artwork that depicts the Western lifestyle, the event will put a portion of the proceeds from the sale of tickets and art toward benefiting two nonprofits: the National Cutting Horse Association (NCHA) Foundation and Art of Living – Fort Worth.
The scholarship committee of the NCHA Foundation provides financial assistance to recipients based on academic achievement, financial need, and cutting-horse involvement, as well as leadership and communication skills. Art of Living provides resources for homeless children so that they might become self-reliant through art and other educational opportunities.
The artists coming together to benefit these causes and help preserve the rich history of the Western lifestyle and its portrayal include Michael Capron, Wilson Capron, Peter Robbins, Kim Robbins, Emily McCartney, Matt Humphreys, Bradley Guin, Bob Moorhouse, Matt Litz, Bradley Chance Hays, Wayne Baize, Liz Herrin, Buck Taylor, Garren Still (Leather Chief), Mike Tabor, Jeremy Enlow, Maddie Hoelscher, Don Bell, and Travis Payne.
The auction features a live painting by Brad Ball and signature scarves from Fringe Scarves.
General-admission tickets are $75, which includes heavy hors d’oeuvres by Reata. Ghostwood Distillery will be serving signature cocktails.
VIP Early Buyers tickets are $125, which gets you premier access to all the artwork prior to its being open for sale to the general-admission tickets.
Entertainment will be provided by country singer Garrett Bradford beginning at 5:00.
