The Wyoming luxury guest ranch hits the market.
As one visitor said when visiting Red Reflet Ranch back in 2017, “That’s Longmire country.”
A few years back, C&I wrote about the nearly 30,000-acre luxury guest ranch located in Ten Sleep, Wyoming, noting that it is, “in fact, just north of the area that inspired the fictional setting for Craig Johnson’s western mystery novels.”
Now, the Red Reflet Ranch is on the market for just shy of $20 million. With a jet-capable landing strip and airport, 13 homes, more than 100 miles of trails, a world-class equestrian facility, gym, and tons of wildlife and livestock, this property could continue to operate as a commercial operation or become one family’s dream compound.
As broker James H. Taylor explains on the listing website, “Red Reflet is a truly complete ranch that combines a viable livestock operation with exceptional recreational amenities and extremely well executed and totally appropriate improvements, which support a profitable guest enterprise but equally would function as the core of a family or corporate retreat.”
