Mix up some luck of the Irish with these cocktail recipes.
Never ones to skip a reason to share a drink with friends, C&I would like to share with you two cocktails perfect for St. Patrick’s Day. Sláinte!
Whiskey-O-Blarney Stone

1½ ounces Jack Daniel’s Tennessee Whiskey
½ ounce cherry juice
½ ounce Amaretto
Lightly shake all ingredients together in a cocktail shaker. Pour over ice. Garnish with cherry.
Lucky Buck
2 ounces Deep Eddy Original Vodka
½ ounce fresh lime juice
Small handful fresh basil, plus one leaf for garnish
Ginger beer
Combine all ingredients except ginger beer in a cocktail shaker and shake with ice for 30 seconds. Strain over fresh ice in an Old Fashioned glass and top with ginger beer. Garnish with a fresh basil leaf.
The Bell Rock

1 ounce Del Maguey Vida mezcal
1 ounce Jameson Irish Whiskey
½ ounce lemon juice
½ ounce honey syrup
1 strawberry
Black pepper, freshly cracked
Muddle the strawberry in a cocktail shaker. Then add the rest of the ingredients except the black pepper. Shake hard, and then strain over ice into an Old Fashioned glass. Garnish with black pepper.
Bourbon Cider Sour

(Serves 2)
3 ounces (2 shots) Jim Beam Bourbon (or your preferred bourbon)
1 cup apple cider
½ cup orange juice
¼ cup sugar
Crushed or cubed ice
1 Gala or Honeycrisp apple, sliced for garnish
Mix the bourbon, apple cider, orange juice, and sugar together. Place the ice in the serving cups and pour the liquid over the ice. Garnish with apple slices.
