A Park City, Utah, ski-in distillery lets you toast to campfire whiskey with or without the campfire.
If you’ve ever wanted to know what it feels like to end a day around a small fire after driving cattle — or after hitting the slopes— it tastes like High West Distillery & Saloon’s Campfire whiskey. One of the Park City, Utah-based ski-in distillery’s flagship lineup, Campfire is a concoction of bourbon, rye, and Scotch. It is glorious and makes for one heckuva cocktail, such as High West’s very own Rob Roy.
