The Chiricahua Apache Nation announces the return of the 10th Red Paint Powwow to be held at Cobre Consolidated High School athletic fields, Bayard, NM, on September 24-26, 2021. The only Powwow to be held in the Southwest in Fall 2021, the 10th Red Paint Powwow will feature, in addition to Native music and dancing representing tribes from the U.S., Canada, and Mexico, an Indian market, food vendors, a skateboarding contest, a 5K run/walk, and a freestyle poetry slam.
