Local Western lifestyle artist, Tamar Rymer, is setting up her studio in the gallery before and after Christmas. Her style and technique are influenced by the humbling knowledge that we all play only a minor role in the vast Southwest she calls home. Tamara plans on painting smaller works during these demonstrations, featuring animals that coincide with the feelings of the holiday season, “making people smile.” First on the easel will be a baby donkey!
