Attend the Prix de West Art Sale Weekend, June 20 – 21, or bid online to collect world-class Western art.
Western art collectors, mark your calendars: The 53rd Prix de West® Invitational Art Exhibition & Sale returns to the National Cowboy & Western Heritage Museum in Oklahoma City — and the highlight is the Art Sale Weekend, June 20 – 21.
This is your premier opportunity to acquire original works by more than 90 of today’s leading Western artists during one unforgettable weekend. The sale offers buyers the chance to collect museum-quality art — from sweeping landscapes and Native portraits to wildlife sculpture and cowboy scenes — before the pieces are gone.
Z.S. Liang, Packing for the Trade, Oil on linen canvas, 34 x 48 inches.
“Since 1973, Prix de West has been more than an exhibition. It’s a time-honored tradition, with artwork featuring as many interpretations of the American West as artists in the show. These artists know they will be exhibiting with the “best of the best” as they feature their unique point of view. Showing at Prix de West is a career booster,” said Susan Patterson, curator of the show. “Whether you’re here in person or bidding from afar, this is where today’s most exceptional Western art finds its way into the hands of passionate collectors.”
The weekend includes artist presentations, receptions, and culminates in Saturday night’s awards dinner and fixed-price sale.
