Rising star Amber Midthunder of Prey and Roswell, New Mexico heads the cast of Centurion: The Dancing Stallion, a family-friendly movie based on a true-life story now available in digital and On Demand release.
The Native American actor appears with Billy Zane (Titanic, Tombstone), Aramis Knight (Into the Badlands), Michael Cimino (Love, Victor), Patricia DeLeon (Station 19), and Sal Lopez (Black Panther: Wakanda Forever) in the Lionsgate release, which was directed by Dana Gozalez and written by Boon Collins.
What’s it all about? According to Lionsgate: “The journey begins as Ellissia (Midthunder) adopts a white stallion to train in the art of Mexican horse dancing. As she starts teaching the handsome but previously abused Centurion, Ellissia falls critically ill, which keeps her from competing in a celebrated equestrian event. Under the watchful eyes of her father (Zane), new ranch hand Danny (Knight) steps in as trainer, hoping to win the competition — and, perhaps, Ellissia’s heart.”

Amber Midthunder and director Dana Gonzalez recently visited the C&I Studio to talk about Centurion: The Dancing Stallion.
