Lucchese, the king of cowboy kickers, is making its way to Houston, Texas to sponsor the Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo for a partnership made in rodeo heaven.
The Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo is known for going big, whether it be with its entertainment lineup, its competition, or its atmosphere. So, it makes sense that Lucchese, one of the greats of the cowboy boot-making world, would join the party.
Iconic western brand Lucchese has announced its sponsorship of the Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo to continue to promote a shared mission of celebrating agriculture and Western heritage. The collaboration between the two Western giants will include a variety of giveaways, special sales, photo ops, and a very special unveiling of Lucchese's 20th store at Houston's Baybrook Mall to finish off the Lone Star-sized event.
Spreading country joy wherever possible, Lucchese will be hosting a series of giveaways, including free rodeo tickets, free tickets to featured performances by Parker McCollum and Chris Stapleton, a $500 Lucchese gift card, a signed Parker McCollum guitar, and a chance to be featured on Lucchese's social media. These incredible opportunities will be available to all Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo attendees and will be scattered throughout the duration of the event. All this to say, the chances are looking pretty good for you if you head to Houston.
In addition to these giveaways, Lucchese's footprint will be all over the rodeo grounds. Want a peek into how some of the top boot makers in the industry craft their products? A Lucchese bootmaker will be providing on-site live boot-making demonstrations for all who wish to see how the magic happens. Demonstrations will take place from February 28 to March 4 and March 16 to March 19. Another on-site opportunity for some Lucchese fun can be found inside the NRG center. Having trouble finding the area? Just look for the giant eight-foot Lucchese boot inside. By taking and posting a photo by the boot and tagging #LiveinLucchese and #MyLucchese, you've secured yourself the chance of being featured on Lucchese's social media channels.
The big finish, however, comes with the opening of Lucchese's Southeast Houston store at the rodeo's end. Lucchese's Baybrook Mall store will be hosting a variety of celebrations, including complimentary boot shines, musical performances, giveaways, and more. The new location, almost 4,000 square feet and featuring an extensive selection of boots, casual footwear, accessories, leather goods, and apparel, will feature Lucchese's first-ever custom hat bar.
The store's soft opening will take place on March 1, followed by a grand opening party of April 1. However, the store will be hosting a variety of events and celebrations through out the Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo.
