The country music artist is offering her unique take on another golden oldie.
Take Two: Country music star Kelly Lang wowed her fans and attracted new admirers two years ago with her album Old Soul, a pleasing compilation of rock, pop and country classics dating from the ’70s to the ’90s. Now she’s back with another golden oldie — “Midnight Train to Georgia” — and she’s releasing the lyric music video for it today.
“I am so excited for Cowboys and Indians to debut my new lyric video of the classic song “Midnight Train to Georgia,” Lang said. “I have such a passion for recording songs that meant so much to me during my childhood and putting my own spin to them. The video depicts a more current vibe of the Gladys Knight and the Pips tune and allows the listener to see the lyrics so they can sing along.
