Travel’s out, but dreaming about travel is definitely still very in. To help remember what it’s like at its retro-inspired court hotels like Lone Star Court in Austin, Cavalry Court in College Station, Texican Court in Irving, and Cotton Court in Lubbock, the Texas-based Valencia Hotel Group is giving away a cool SMEG fridge, just like the ones found at its properties, stocked with essentials.
Anyone 21 or over can enter the “Holiday SMEG-Away” and the contest goes until December 14; the grand-prize winner of the fridge (and four runners-up, who each get a free one-night stay at a Court hotel property) will be announced December 15. To put your name in the 10-gallon hat, just click here and fill out the form. If you win, you can even choose the color of your new fridge.

The Chill Cowboy
Ingredients
2 ounces Tito’s vodka
½ ounce Fruit Lab Hibiscus liqueur
½ ounce fresh lemon juice
½ ounce simple syrup (equal parts sugar and water)
3 mint leaves
4½ ounces Topo Chico
Instructions
Put mint leaves in a Mason jar and muddle. Add the Tito’s, Fruit Lab hibiscus liqueur, lemon juice, and simple syrup to a shaker, and shake. Add Topo Chico, and gently pour from shaker into Mason jar.
Serve with lemon wheel and mint.
