Thyme-Infused Smoked Boulevardier
Ingredients
1 ounce Redemption Bourbon
1 ounce Carpano Antica Vermouth
1/2 ounce Amaro Nonino
½ ounce Campari
Directions
Add all ingredients into a mixing glass with fresh thyme and infuse for 3 hours. Pour liquids into a stir glass with ice and stir until chilled and strain into a coupe that has been smoked with cherry wood chips and dried thyme. Garnish with a thick orange peel and a sprig of thyme.

Ricotta Tapa
“You can’t beat an easy appetizer like the ricotta! It’s simple, fresh and classy!”
Ingredients
1 8-ounce tub mascarpone
1 8-ounce tub ricotta
Local raw honey
Sea salt
Fresh ground pepper
Extra virgin olive oil
Greek mixed greens
Mediterranean olives
Asparagus, shaved thin
Directions
- Whip the ricotta and mascarpone together. (You can spread the topping individually on bread for bites or if served as a large platter, create a nice well in the middle to gather flavorings.)
- Lightly season with salt and pepper to taste and drizzle honey.
- Drown in olive oil.
- Plate greens and olives; garnish with asparagus.
- Dip with toasted crusty bread.

Dulce Sueños Margarita

Recipe
1½ ounces Patrón Silver
¾ ounce house-made plum purée
1¼ ounce Liquid Alchemist orgeat syrup
1 ounce freshly squeezed lemon juice
Sugar in the raw garnish
Directions
- Combine ingredients into a cocktail shaker with ice.
- Shake cocktail to dilute and combine ingredients.
- Garnish rocks glass.
- Strain over fresh ice.

Hot Apple Pie — Dessert in a Glass
Ingredients
1¼ ounce Tuaca
Hot apple cider
Directions
Mix ingredients and top with whipped cream and crumbled strudel or pie crust.
