The country music superstar has the key to your island getaway, a boozy pie included.
Inspired by multi-platinum singer-songwriter’s Kenny Chesney’s love of the island lifestyle, Blue Chair Bay Rum is a collection of eight premium-blended rums that evokes a Caribbean paradise, with a touch of Nashville. Here are three mixed-drink recipes and another recipe for pie—yes, boozy pie—that offer you the keys to sandy beaches and palm tree shade.

Kenny’s Key Lime Pie
9-inch graham cracker pie crust
1½ cup graham cracker crumbs
6 tablespoons melted butter
1 tablespoon sugar
2 cups sweetened condensed milk (1 14-ounce can, plus ¾ cup more)
7 egg yolks
½ cup Blue Chair Bay Key Lime Rum Cream
⅓ cup Kermit’s Key Lime Juice (keylimeshop.com)
Crust
Crush about 12 – 14 graham crackers to a crumb, measure out ½ cup of crumbs and put in a medium size bowl. Add the melted butter and sugar to bowl, mix until well combined, and mixture can hold together. Pour crust mix into a buttered pie pan, firmly pressing into the bottom and up the sides of the pan.
Bake at 300 degrees for 6 – 7 minutes, until slightly browned.
Allow to cool while you prepare the pie mix.
Pie
Blend milk, egg yolks, and Blue Chair Bay Key Lime Rum Cream at slow speed until smooth. Add Key Lime juice and finish blending.
Pour into pie crust.
Bake at 300 degrees for 15 minutes.
Cool pie 20 minutes before refrigerating. Allow to cool completely before serving. Top with whipped cream and enjoy!
