Nashville’s real-life singing sisters Lennon & Maisy perform their rendition of the Lumineers hit song “Ho Hey.”
In anticipation of the second half of the Season 5 Nashville premiere on January 5 (the first hour premiered on December 15), we’re dedicating the next couple of Opry Performances of the Week to the show’s stars, starting with the sister duo Lennon & Maisy.
The young sisters star as the daughters of country music stars Rayna Jaymes and Teddy Conrad onNashville, but before landing roles on the hit TV show, the Canadian-born siblings started a YouTube channel. With their enchanting two-part-harmony covers of songs like Robyn’s “Call Your Girlfriend” and The Lumineer’s “Ho Hey,” the channel went viral, and their careers took off. Now the young stars live in Nashville, and their YouTube Channel has more than 50 million views and more than 600,000 followers.
