While executive chef Graham Dodds helms the kitchen of this first-rate hotel restaurant, Amber West is Central 214’s head bartender. For the month of February, West has concocted Dirty Love, a special Valentine's Day-themed tipple made with gin, muddled baby beets, ginger, and more.

Mix one up for your sweetheart.

Central 214's Dirty Love Cocktail

1.5 ounces Tanqueray Rangpur Gin

1/2 ounce The King's Ginger liqueur

3/4 ounce lemon

3/4 ounce honey

Muddled baby beets & ginger

Shake and strain into martini glass
