Saturday morning, the Old West Days Parade comes to town with locals and visitors lining the streets of Jackson to enjoy the passing horses, mountain men, vintage vehicles, covered wagons and role-playing gunslingers. Kids’ crafts on Town Square keep little ones engaged and happy, and parents can sample the surrounding boutique shops and galleries. Saturday, craft beer fans can wet their whistles at the Old West Brew Fest, also on Town Square, with the region’s finest beers on tap for sampling. Master brewers offer their favorite fermentations as a variety of bitters, lagers, ales and stouts compete for the “Golden Boot Award.”
