Ring in the new year with the Sicilian Spritzer, a bright, show-stopping cocktail by Denver-based Deviation Distilling.
The Sicilian Spritzer: a festive mix of gin and fresh juices perfect for watching the ball drop. Widely popular in the Roaring 20s, gin has made a grand resurgence during this century’s own roaring decade. Ahead of New Year’s Eve, Deviation Distillery, downtown Denver’s first gin distillery, has put together a show-stopping cocktail recipe leveraging the singular seasonal fruit of the moment – the blood orange. This stunning Sicilian Spritzer features your choice of gin, fresh-squeezed blood orange juice, lime juice, simple syrup, and is garnished with a rosemary sprig. Easy, and oh-so delicious.
