The hit Paramount Network series is slated to launch its third season June 21.
Paramount Network has released an exciting new trailer for Season 3 of Yellowstone, the smash-hit serialized drama starring Academy Award winner and C&I reader favorite Kevin Costner.
The series, which is moving to Sundays for Summer 2020, will return June 21 — Father’s Day — with Costner back as John Dutton, the proud owner of Yellowstone, a massive Montana cattle ranch described as “the size of Rhode Island.” As he struggles to maintain his family, his empire and his way of life, Dutton frequently clashes with land develops, business rivals, estranged offspring — and Thomas Rainwater, an influential and ambitious local Native American businessman played by another C&I reader fave, Gil Birmingham.
Birmingham will continue to play a significant role in Season 3 episodes, as will series regulars Luke Grimes, Wes Bentley, Cole Hauser, Kelly Reilly, Kelsey Asbille, and Brecken Merrill. Josh Holloway of Lost and Colony joins the cast this season as Roarke Morris, a hedge fund manager with ambitious plans in Montana concerning the Dutton family.
Just to whet your appetite, Paramount Network will offer viewers a chance to binge all episodes from Season 1 starting at 1 pm May 10 — Mother’s Day. And rest assured: On June 21, we’ll be Live Tweeting the Season 3 premiere with the hashtag #ciYellowstone.
