SoCal country artist Sam Outlaw is releasing his new album, Tenderheart, on April 14.
Sam Outlaw’s brand-new LP, Tenderheart, out April 14, has already received a string of praise from popular news outlets. NPR Music raved about the up-and-coming musician’s sophomore album: “To hear Outlaw glorify sincerity in such a clear-eyed way, awake to a larger world of needs, feelings and perspectives, is a marvelously welcome thing right about now.” And Indie website Fader complimented Outlaw’s music video for “Everyone’s Looking for Home”: “Alternating between tour footage and actual home videos of his wife and newborn child, it’s a moving three-minute distillation of his new life, with a mariachi breakdown to boot.”
New York-based music blog Brooklyn Vegan highlighted the artist with a premiere of the single “Bottomless Mimosas,” and Bret Easton Ellis’ podcast found Outlaw and Ellis discussing the moral superiority movement.
