The Museum of Western Art is hosting a public canning demonstration on Saturday, November 4, from 3-5 p.m. Refreshments will be served.
Stacey Whittemore, newcomer to Kerrville, is also a certified Master Preserver/Kitchen Coach. Her demonstration will include making wine jelly and jerky seasoning. She will also show her audience how to make gift jars and baskets, perfect for the upcoming holiday season.
The award-winning Museum of Western Art is open Tuesday through Saturday from 10 a.m. until 4 p.m. Guided tours are available. For more information, please call 896.2553.
