Fifteen artists working in oil, watercolor, pastel, and acrylic will fan out over the Borrego Springs, California, area to capture the beauty of its desert landscape, flora, and fauna. The public is invited to watch a “paint-out” at Rams Hill Golf Club March 8. The village of Borrega Springs in San Diego County is surrounded by California’s largest state park, Borrego Springs State Park. After daytime art doings, consider a night-sky tour of the cosmos above the state’s only International Dark Sky Community.
