Salvaged Sussies
One-of-a-kind pieces is exactly what The Gypsy Wagon is all about
When choosing new treasures to stock the shelves of her Dallas boutique, storeowner Carley Seale asks herself: “Is it handmade, is it locally made, is it recycled, is it fair trade, and is it stinkin’ cute?” And she doesn’t limit herself by product type. Seale fills The Gypsy Wagon storefront with adorable wares of all kinds, from clothing and accessories to furniture and décor, like this Navajo Needlepoint armchair by Totem Salvaged artist Stephanie Larrowe. Seale says one-of-a-kind pieces like these are exactly what The Gypsy Wagon is all about. “All of the fabrics she chooses are vintage, the needlepoint is 1960s, and the piping is actually a 1980s floral.” We say, too cute. 214.370.8010, www.the-gypsy-wagon.com
