Free for you to view on YouTube.com: Broken Arrow, the classic 1950 drama starring James Stewart as Tom Jeffords, an enlightened frontiersman who attempts to broker a peace between the Chiricahua Apache chief Cochise (Jeff Chandler) and white settlers in the 1870s Southwest.
Long hailed as one of the first significant post-WWII Hollywood westerns to offers a sympathetic view of Native Americans, this 20th Century Fox production was directed by veteran filmmaker Delmer Daves, who later filmed Jubal, Cowboy and the original 3:10 to Yuma.
