Back "In the Bunkhouse" again
Cowboy poet and Cowboys & Indians contribuor Red Steagall kicks off the third season of In the Bunkhouse, his popular "cowboy variety" show, on the RFD-TV cable network this week. Red will be joined by actor, artist and horseman Buck Taylor (last seen opposite Daniel Craig in Cowboys & Aliens) when the weekly program returns at 9:30 pm ET Monday, Jan.2, on RFD. In the weeks ahead, viewers can expect the same mix of music, interviews, chuck wagon cooking and cowboy poetry that has made In the Bunkhouse must-see TV since 2010. “I just think of this show as good, warm, comfort food for America,” Red says. “It gives me tremendous satisfaction to know that I can represent the Western way of life on television with music and poetry and the chuck wagon atmosphere.”
