Drew Holcomb and the Neighbors perform their song “Mama’s Sunshine, Daddy’s Rain” live at the Grand Ole Opry.
Tennessee-based Americana band Drew Holcomb and the Neighbors were introduced to the music scene in 2005 with the release of their debut album, Washed in Blue. Since then, the band has released a total of 12 albums.
Their most recent album, Souvenir, takes a nostalgic look at the band’s journey through the years. Written in response to adventures traveling the road and performing on stages around the country, the album comprises songs that focus on family, friends, and memories.
Drew Holcomb and the Neighbors recently stopped by the historic Ryman Auditorium to perform their newest single, “Mama’s Sunshine, Daddy’s Rain,” which frontman Drew Holcomb wrote about his daughter’s lively and unique personality.
Watch the video for a wonderful performance dedicated to Holcomb’s young daughter, Emmylou.
